Another beautiful day! What does the WORD say? This is the day, this is the day that the Lord has made; I will rejoice, I will rejoice and be glad in it, and be glad in it. Psalms 118:24. That is how we should feel about every day. I encourage you not to live in the past, but to live in the moment (the present time), and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus.
If ye shall know the truth, the truth shall set you free. John 8:32. What does it mean? It means that when we have Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, we recognize that we have been forgiven by the grace (God’s perfect love for His children) of God. It means that the past is the past and we no longer dwell in it, we no longer feel unworthy of God’s blessing, it means we are conqueror’s in the name of Jesus, and we know in our heart without doubt that we have the VICTORY!
The truth is what breaks us from our bondage. When I say bondage I mean our own spiritual prison. Man can be in a physical prison and he can be in a spiritual prison at the same time. A man can be physically free in the world and yet be in a spiritual prison at the same time. How is it possible you may ask? It is more than possible, it is truth because we are born sinners and that is our human nature. Not one is worthy for we are rotten to the core.
The blood of the Lamb which leaves us spotless gives us the confident assurance that we are saved in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. When you accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior you will not only break the shackles that have kept you in bondage for however long it may be, your thirst will be overcome by the living water (God’s Word, the Holy Bible) and you will be a new creature in Christ. A child of the most high God. There is no other like Him. Won’t you drink from the fount and experience true life? I encourage you, what do you have to lose? Is everything working in your life right now? There is only one way and that way is UP! Hallelujah! Have a wonderful day and please keep me and my family in your prayers.
God bless you all. I can do all things through Christ who gives me the strength I need. Philippians 4:13. Without God you will be bitter, resentful, jealous, angry, empty, etc./with God you will be filled with wisdom, understanding, joy, peace, love, kindness, gentleness, self-control, eternal life, purpose, etc./it means with God absolutely nothing is impossible regardless what any man or woman may tell you.
