As a Christian believer we still go through trials and tribulations. The important thing we must recognize is God’s will in our life. We have the flesh and we have the spirit. It is our responsibility to do as the Lord commands. You may think you know what is best for you at a certain time in your life, but if the Lord is saying something different you must listen to him.
It could be anything; a job, a man, a woman, a car, or a house etc. I am here to tell you that we will go through painful situations in our life, but if it isn’t God’s will then you should know that God has something better in store for you. I know that it can truly hurt deep down but God knows what you need and he will give it to you in the perfect time. When we encounter situations like this know he has something better for you. You just have to have faith in what he is doing, and be patient until that time comes.
I have had several experiences like this in my life before I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. I listened to my own selfish desires( the Flesh ), and the end result was horrible. But I must encourage you and share these words with you. These are some words that the Apostle Paul shared with the Romans.
Romans 8:26-28- And the Holy Spirit helps us in our distress. For we don’t even know what we should pray for, nor how we should pray. But the Holy Spirit prays for us with groanings that cannot be expressed in words. And the Father who knows all hearts knows what the Spirit is saying, for the Spirit pleads for us believers in harmony with God’s own will. And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.
I know this for fact. We will face many trials and tribulations during our life, but know that many times it takes a great amount of courage to make the right decision. However, when we do make the right decision the Lord will bless us above and beyond because he already knows whats best for us. We have to walk in our faith, that’s what it is all about. The best advice I can give you in situations like these is take it to the Lord in prayer and tell him what you need.
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend, God bless you all.
